ROXMETRIC · HYROX TRAINING DATA
Train on data.
Race on instinct.
We analyzed 93,311 HYROX race results — 39,247 solo and 54,064 doubles teams across 11 events, every run split, every station, every transition — and turned them into free calculators that tell you what your goal time actually demands. Every number here is measured or cited. None of it is guessed.

What 93,311 race results tell us
All guides →Findings measured directly from the dataset — not coaching folklore. These are the patterns that decide finish times.
49% / 56%
of finish time is running — solo vs doubles
Solo athletes spend 48.5% of the race running and 42.6% on stations. Doubles teams flip it: 56.3% running, 34.3% on stations, because partners split station reps but both still run all 8 km. Run pace is the biggest lever either way.
Plan your run splits →~8%
of every race is the Roxzone
Solo 7.5%, doubles 8.3%, and remarkably flat across finish times — a 7:14 median for solo athletes, spent walking between runs and stations. Live race time almost nobody trains. Steady within a venue and the one figure that genuinely is not steady between them: the transition zone is a physical layout, and ours range from 4.8% to 11.1% of finish time. Same eight stations, very different walking. It is the one station-adjacent number you should read per venue rather than pooled.

Men Open medians run 1:23:42 in Cardiff, 1:23:59 in Glasgow, 1:25:29 in Istanbul, 1:26:03 in Perth, 1:26:18 in Gdansk, 1:31:14 in São Paulo, 1:32:35 in New York, 1:34:05 in Cape Town, 1:35:48 in Sydney, 1:41:02 in Bangkok Aug and 1:44:01 in Jakarta — a 20-minute spread on an identical course. Yet each station's share of finish time matches within about 2 points across all 11. Fields differ enormously; the shape of the race does not.
Predict your finish →3m 37s
of spread on wall balls alone
The middle 50% of solo athletes finish wall balls between 5:50 and 9:27 — no station separates the field more, and it is the last thing you do. Doubles teams split the reps and land at a 4:45 median.

What's in the dataset
Complete results only — every entry here finished all 8 runs and all 8 stations with a full set of splits. Incomplete results and DNFs are excluded, and athlete names are never stored. Doubles rows are team results: both partners run every kilometre, and station times are the team's with reps split between them.

Source: official HYROX results from 11 events (Bangkok Aug 2026, Cape Town 2026, Cardiff 2026, Gdansk 2025, Glasgow 2026, Istanbul 2026, Jakarta 2026, New York 2026, Perth 2026, Sydney 2026 and São Paulo 2025), analyzed 2026-09-03, refitted as races are added. Medians describe each division's own field — fields differ between divisions and venues, and doubles times are team results, so the rows are not a like-for-like comparison.
